Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective date: August 16, 2026 · Version 2026-08-16.2
The selected base plan and each activated paid add-on renew monthly until canceled. The checkout or activation screen shows the recurring amount, billing cadence, included accounts, add-on price, proration, taxes, and any valid discount before the Owner confirms the purchase.
This Cancellation & Refund Policy is issued by Trade Command LLC and governs subscriptions and paid add-ons for the TradeCommand service.
Customer payments are separate
A customer payment collected for a Company’s job or invoice is a direct charge processed by Stripe for that Company as merchant of record. It is separate from the Company’s TradeCommand subscription. Trade Command LLC does not receive the job-payment principal, set the Company’s customer refund policy, or become the seller of the Company’s labor, parts, plans, repairs, or systems.
Authorized Owners and Admins may submit an eligible Stripe refund from TradeCommand. A refund is effective only when Stripe confirms it; pending or failed requests do not change the settled invoice balance. Stripe processing fees, payout timing, disputes, chargebacks, and externally initiated refunds remain subject to Stripe and the Company’s connected-account agreement. Cash, check, or external-processor records must be refunded outside TradeCommand and documented accurately by the Company.
Automatic Instant Payouts are optional and Owner-controlled. After selecting an eligible destination, accepting the current Terms, Privacy Notice, and this Policy, and confirming with the Owner's current password, the Owner authorizes TradeCommand to request future Instant Payouts without per-payout confirmation. Each request is calculated and capped from the provider-net amount of one future eligible TradeCommand invoice card payment collected under that authorization. Stripe debits a fungible connected-account card balance and cannot bind the payout to that specific Charge; TradeCommand does not request an aggregate or full-balance sweep. TradeCommand charges 1% of each amount requested for automatic instant delivery, separate from ordinary payment-processing fees.
Enabling changes the Company's Stripe payout schedule to Manual. Funds that are not instant-eligible remain in Stripe while the feature is active or paused. Turning it off stops new automatic requests and restores the supported payout schedule saved at enablement; payouts already submitted continue processing. Standard payouts have no additional TradeCommand payout fee. The Owner may also use Stripe's authenticated embedded center to request a manual payout, which can use other eligible funds and is subject to Stripe's displayed choices.
Stripe controls eligibility, destination support, limits, authentication, and timing. Funds typically arrive within 30 minutes, but delivery is not guaranteed. A failed, reversed, refunded, or disputed underlying payment may reduce the connected Stripe balance or create an amount the Company owes. If Stripe marks an Instant Payout failed, Stripe's processing and fee-reversal rules control the resulting balance entry.
A customer Service Plan is also a direct Stripe subscription sold by the Company as merchant of record. The customer reviews the Company, price, monthly, quarterly, or annual cadence, automatic-renewal disclosure, and cancellation instructions in secure Stripe Checkout before authorizing the first charge. Stripe saves the payment method for that connected-account customer and renews the same plan automatically until renewal is canceled. Trade Command LLC does not receive the Service Plan principal or become the provider of the maintenance service.
1. Plans, seats, and renewal
Basic is $59 per month for one login. Advanced is $199 per month for up to five active accounts. Ultimate is $399 per month for 15 active accounts plus $5 per month for each additional active account. Plans renew automatically each month using the payment method held by Stripe until canceled. Adding or removing a billable account during a billing period may create a prorated charge or credit under Stripe’s invoice rules.
2. Optional add-ons
Service Plans is included with Ultimate. A Basic or Advanced Company may add Service Plans for $30 per month. The Inventory Management add-on is $50 per month on every base plan. A separately billed add-on is purchased and canceled independently from the base plan. Activating an add-on during a billing period may create an immediate prorated charge shown before confirmation. If a Company moves to a plan that includes a separately billed feature, any existing add-on item remains visible until the Owner removes that separate charge.
TradeCommand Growth is a separate $89 per Company per month add-on available with Basic, Advanced, and Ultimate. It provides the Growth command center and included Pipeline access for lead capture, online booking, follow-up planning, campaigns, reputation workflows, and marketing attribution. The $89 fee is the TradeCommand software subscription only. SMS and MMS, telephone numbers and carrier usage, outbound email volume, domains, advertising spend, and other third-party provider charges are separate and are not included in that price. A workflow does not send until its required provider, customer consent, opt-out, quiet-hour, and delivery settings are configured.
QuickBooks Online sync is a separate $20 per Company per month add-on for Basic and is included with Advanced and Ultimate. The Company must maintain and pay for its own compatible QuickBooks Online subscription. Any separate add-on fee covers TradeCommand’s integration and does not include Intuit subscription, accountant, tax, payment-processing, or bookkeeping fees. Canceling stops future exports but does not delete records already created in either system.
QuickBooks approved-time handoff is available on every active Basic, Advanced, and Ultimate plan with a $0 TradeCommand fee during beta. It does not create a separate recurring TradeCommand Payroll charge. The Company must maintain and pay for its own compatible Intuit subscription; Intuit, accountant, payroll, tax, or other third-party fees are not included.
New Check Payroll purchases and activations are retired. A Company with a verified historical Check Payroll charge may cancel that legacy charge, but it cannot reactivate it. Historical billing and provider references are retained only for cancellation, reconciliation, disputes, security, and recordkeeping.
Full Pipeline is included while TradeCommand Growth is active and is also available as a separate optional beta for Basic, Advanced, and Ultimate. The beta costs $0, has no published future price, and will not automatically convert to a paid product. Any paid launch requires a new disclosure and explicit Company Owner authorization. Leaving the beta removes access but retains the Company's boards and cards for reactivation. Multi-option sales proposals are included with Ultimate; the planned Basic and Advanced sales-proposal add-on also cannot be purchased yet. Daily Routes and Checklist Automations are included with Advanced and Ultimate and do not carry a separate TradeCommand subscription charge.
Campaigns delivery, vehicle GPS and fleet hardware, Managed Websites, the AI receptionist, and expense-management products are roadmap items only. Their appearance in the product-access comparison is not an offer to sell, does not activate service, and does not authorize a charge. A coming-soon product must receive its own final price, implementation, legal disclosure, and explicit Owner confirmation before TradeCommand may bill for it.
Call Tracking is a separate $45 per Company per month add-on. It is full-price; base-plan beta, trial, coupon, and promotional discounts do not apply to it. The Company Owner must explicitly activate it through a separate checkout. It includes up to three local, inbound voice-only tracking numbers, source attribution, call forwarding and optional whisper, a shared call log, and 500 pooled connected minutes per monthly billing period. Each connected conversation is rounded up to the next whole minute. Additional minutes are $0.07 each, and unused included minutes do not roll over. Tracking numbers do not include texting, outbound dialing, transcription, voicemail, or emergency or 911 calling. Announced recording is off by default and may be enabled separately by the Company Owner after activation; it does not add another TradeCommand base-plan charge.
Voice + Call Tracking is a separate $69 per Company per month add-on. It reuses the Company's approved Business Texting number as the main business line, includes up to three tracking numbers, and provides one shared pool of 500 Voice and Call Tracking minutes. Additional minutes are $0.07 each. The $69 plan replaces rather than stacks with the $45 Call Tracking plan, so both base charges are never applied together. TradeCommand submits carrier Voice verification against the already-approved business profile and number. No Voice subscription charge starts during carrier review. After approval and Voice-webhook confirmation, activation may create an immediate prorated base charge and occurs only after Stripe confirms exactly one telephony base item and the shared metered item.
The Voice subscription does not include SMS or MMS usage, number porting, transcription, voicemail, emergency or 911 calling, or browser audio. Incoming calls ring eligible team members' saved physical telephone numbers. An employee-initiated outgoing call first rings that employee's saved telephone number and then connects a phone number assigned to a TradeCommand customer. Those telephone bridges do not depend on leaving the TradeCommand browser open, and the customer sees the shared business number rather than the employee's saved personal number. Voice may share the already-active Customer Messaging number, but it does not activate texting or include any text-message usage by itself.
Call recording is an optional Owner-controlled setting available with an active Voice or Call Tracking plan. Both parties receive a mandatory announcement when recording is enabled. Recordings are kept for the Owner-selected 30, 90, 180, or 365-day period and then scheduled for deletion. Carrier, storage, tax, or other provider charges are not represented as separate Company subscription fees unless TradeCommand first discloses and obtains authorization for them.
Customer Messaging is a separate, text-only, one-to-one beta. The current release does not add an automatic recurring TradeCommand Customer Messaging subscription charge. TradeCommand creates and manages an isolated provider account, SMS-capable Company number, Messaging Service, approved United States A2P registration, default carrier opt-out handling, registration-event stream, and signed message webhooks for each approved Company. Twilio and carriers may charge TradeCommand for number rental, registration or campaign review, inbound and outbound SMS segments, taxes, carrier surcharges, and other provider services. Long or non-GSM text can use more than one billable segment; TradeCommand limits each outbound beta message to three segments and applies a 500-segment monthly safety limit by default. TradeCommand is the provider-account cost owner for the managed onboarding flow. TradeCommand will not charge the Company's payment method for those carrier fees unless a separate managed-messaging price is shown and accepted before it is charged.
3. Canceling
For Stripe-backed subscriptions, the Company Owner can open Manage secure billing from Plans & Billing to update the payment method, view invoices, or cancel the base plan. The Owner can activate or cancel a separately billed Basic or Advanced Service Plans add-on and Inventory Management in TradeCommand. An included plan feature cannot be canceled separately from its base plan. For manually billed subscriptions or if the secure portal is unavailable, email the contact below from the Owner account email at least two business days before renewal. A cancellation is effective when confirmed by billing; charges already submitted before the effective cancellation may still complete. If the account has a verified historical Check Payroll charge, the Owner may request its cancellation in TradeCommand. Cancellation is final for that retired product and does not reverse a payroll previously authorized or cancel separate obligations to workers, financial institutions, providers, or tax agencies.
For a customer Service Plan, an authorized Company Owner or Office Admin may choose Cancel renewal in the membership record. TradeCommand submits cancel at period end to the Company's connected Stripe account and keeps paid benefits active through the displayed current-period end date. Resume renewal reverses that instruction before the period ends. A deletion or cancellation made directly in Stripe is reconciled from Stripe's signed connected-account events. Canceling a separately billed Basic or Advanced Service Plans add-on or moving to a plan without Service Plans does not itself cancel customer subscriptions; the Company must review and cancel any customer renewals it no longer intends to fulfill. TradeCommand blocks a downgrade that would remove Service Plans while a connected customer membership is still set to renew.
Telephony cancellation completes after in-progress calls and usage are finalized. Call Tracking forwarding, or Voice calling and included tracking forwarding, stops once billing confirms cancellation. Cancellation removes the one selected telephony base item and the shared usage item after Stripe confirms the change; it never starts the other plan automatically. Final usage already recorded may still be billed. Canceling Voice does not release the shared Business Texting main number or stop its existing SMS configuration. A separately assigned Call Tracking number may be retained for up to 30 days for recovery, during which the Company should contact support with its instructions. After that period TradeCommand may release a tracking number to the carrier; released numbers may be reassigned and recovery is not promised. Number porting is not included.
The Company Owner may pause the Customer Messaging beta inside TradeCommand. Pausing stops new app-originated texts but does not erase message, consent, suppression, delivery, or usage records and does not by itself cancel a TradeCommand-managed provider account, number rental, Messaging Service, A2P registration, campaign, taxes, or carrier charges. Contact TradeCommand to cancel or release the managed provider resources; released numbers may be reassigned and recovery is not promised.
4. What happens to saved data
Losing Service Plans entitlement retains saved plan definitions and membership history but pauses management access. Canceling Inventory Management retains saved items, locations, quantities, alerts, transactions, manager assignments, and historical job usage but stops new inventory activity. Canceling a legacy Check Payroll charge retains historical employer, worker, provider, billing, and payroll records for reconciliation and required recordkeeping; it does not reopen or convert that retired product. Base-plan cancellation ends normal workspace access, so the Company should export records it must retain before cancellation. Retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Notice.
Canceling either telephony plan retains call-log, source-attribution, and setup history under the Privacy Notice while suspending its numbers and forwarding or calling. Retention of numbers is temporary and separate from call-record retention.
Pausing or ending the Customer Messaging beta retains conversation history, consent and opt-out evidence, recipient suppressions, message and segment ledgers, provider references, and webhook audit records as described in the Privacy Notice. An assigned number remains a separate carrier resource and may be released or reassigned under the responsible Twilio account's terms.
5. Refunds
Subscription charges are generally nonrefundable and unused or partial months are not credited unless the checkout expressly states otherwise. Refunds will be provided where required by law and may be approved for a verified duplicate or unauthorized charge. Submit a request with the Company name, Owner email, charge date, amount, and reason within seven days of the charge. Do not send full card or bank-account numbers.
Twilio and carrier number, registration, campaign, message-segment, tax, and surcharge amounts are third-party provider charges rather than refunds of a TradeCommand subscription. Their credits and refunds are controlled by the responsible provider agreement. TradeCommand does not promise a refund for a carrier-filtered, delayed, failed, undelivered, or customer-opted-out message.
6. Failed payments, changes, and taxes
Access may be restricted after a failed, disputed, or reversed payment and restored after the billing provider confirms payment. Plan changes, add-on changes, prorations, or seat reductions are effective only after billing confirms them. Applicable sales or similar taxes may be added. Prospective price changes will be disclosed before they apply to a renewal.
